Quotes and final pricing
Website pricing and initial estimates are based on the information you provide and are not a final price unless we say so in writing. Final pricing may depend on the actual volume, weight, material type, labor, stairs, elevators, carrying distance, parking, access, disposal costs, and other job conditions. We will explain material price changes before beginning the affected work.
Scheduling and access
Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, disposal-site delays, weather, prior jobs, or other circumstances. You must provide safe and lawful access to the property and items. You are responsible for identifying the correct items for removal and for obtaining permission from the property owner or other authorized party.
Items we may refuse
We may refuse items that are unsafe, illegal, undisclosed, excessively heavy, contaminated, hazardous, or not accepted by available disposal facilities. Examples may include chemicals, fuel, explosives, ammunition, asbestos, certain paints, biohazards, medical waste, pressurized containers, and other regulated materials. Contact us before service if you are unsure about an item.
Customer responsibilities
- Secure children and pets away from the work area.
- Disclose stairs, elevators, gates, long carries, limited parking, hazardous conditions, and unusually heavy items.
- Remove cash, jewelry, documents, medication, electronics, and other valuables from items being discarded.
- Identify any property features that require special care.
Payment
Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice or as otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for approved charges, applicable taxes, and any disclosed processing or disposal fees. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional lawful collection costs.
Ownership and disposal
You represent that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed. Once loaded and paid for, items generally become the property of 407 Junk Pros and may be recycled, donated, transferred, or disposed of at our discretion, subject to law and facility requirements. We do not guarantee that any item will be donated or recycled.
Property condition and claims
We use reasonable care while performing services. Some removal work involves risks to walls, floors, driveways, lawns, fixtures, and other surfaces, especially when access is limited or items are unusually large or heavy. Please identify fragile or pre-existing conditions before work begins. Any damage concern should be reported promptly so we can inspect it.
Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may charge a disclosed fee for late cancellations, denied access, or substantial undisclosed job conditions when permitted by law.
Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond about your request and service. Marketing texts or emails are sent only under the applicable consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
